AI transformation is human transformation.

Karlee, a woman with dark hair, is wearing a bright red blouse, speaking at a conference standing on stage against a dark purple background.

KARLEE’S STORY

Lumeneer was founded on something Karlee kept seeing from inside the technology industry: organisations buying AI faster than they were becoming ready for it, and the cost of that gap landing on people.

Her career sits deliberately at the intersection others treat as a handover point, between HR, IT and executive leadership, and between the promise of a tool and the reality of a Tuesday afternoon workload.

Two decades in people tech consulting, nearly a decade inside Microsoft’s emerging solutions team with early access to Copilot, and a Prosci certified change practitioner. She has seen what gets promised when a tool is sold, and what it costs to make it real.

SPEAKING

Karlee speaks on AI readiness, human-centred adoption, and what leaders need to be able to ask. Recent engagements include the Australian Data and Insights Association's (ADIA) national conference, appearing alongside futurist Mark Pesce.

She has facilitated team workshops for customers, has been published by Forbes alongside Sarah Carney, and has also been an international guest speaker at HRX in London.

Karlee was a natural choice. She can hit the ground running, brings deep Copilot expertise, and is strongly people oriented, with a clear focus on lasting capability uplift. She established credibility early, building trusted relationships across teams. Her contribution brought a breadth of perspective and practical, actionable insights.
