Karlee Scott-Murphy believes that while AI marks a technical milestone, the real transformation is human. She combines technical readiness with proven change management strategies and a background in HR to build confidence, capability, and clarity—empowering people to do their best work.
As part of Microsoft’s Emerging Solutions team, Karlee helped shape strategies for tailored adoption and creative ways to use Microsoft Copilot, including leveraging Microsoft Viva capabilities. With early access to Copilot since 2023, she gained firsthand insight into the behavioural shifts required to optimise work with AI.
A Prosci-certified change practitioner with over a decade in people technology consulting, Karlee bridges worlds—speaking the language of technology to CIOs and the language of people to HR leaders—ensuring AI adoption is both technically sound and culturally embraced.
